On November 4, 2020, we stopped selling our perpetual Classic license. If you think you may have held onto that email, you can search for it using the address we used to send it If you can't find that email, we can help you find your license information using our License Manager. When you purchased a SketchUp Classic License, you received an email containing your license details, including a serial number and authorization code.

There is a renew button that should be smart enough to tell you the price it would cost to renew the license.

If you go there, enter any of your 2017 serial numbers, and the email address you used for the licenses, you will see a list of the state of the license. Again, Customer Support can help you with that. You would need to have your Maintenance and Support up to date to have a serial number and authorization code for SketchUp 2019. Copy and paste your User Name, Serial Number, and Key into the dialog box.Serial Number And Authorization Code Sketchup Pro 2017 ((TOP)).Open the license confirmation email that you received shortly after purchasing your license. In the License dialog box, click the Add License button. When the Welcome window opens, click the Add Classic License button.Open the Finder and click on Applications.
